Message	I would imagine the double yellow lines would indicate you are stuck there. It would be wierd if you needed to exit though and then couldn't legally cross over. Again, I've never seen that before. Don't know the type of area something like that would be. In S.FL we had 2 broken white lines, and you were allowed to enter/exit at your will.
